I loved working with Ally for 2 months! Ally is part friend, therapist and educator. From the first consultation, I was amazed at how much time she spent with me getting a comprehensive understanding of my overall health, not just about my nutrition. She immediately saw links between certain physical symptoms I was experiencing and my nutrition and created a custom plan that she strategically altered a few times throughout our time together.
She helped me establish healthier habits to create more routine while incorporating more nutrient-dense food into my diet. She then helped me learn about and be mindful of macros. Finally, she even further customized my healthy eating guidelines based on the outcomes of my most recent bloodwork. Not only did Ally provide specific and extremely helpful meal guidance, but she also gave me much-needed encouragement and support navigating sensitive subjects of food and body image.
I started this program with severe acid reflux and issues with GERD. After completing this program, I rarely have symptoms of GERD which is something that I never thought I would be able to change. I have lost 8lbs since starting this program and am now confident that I will be able to reach my goal weight by the summer!
