I offer group nutrition workshops for high school, college, and professional dance teams, as well as studios and competition teams!
In working with dancers, I combine my education and professional experiences to go way beyond basic meal plans. I will help your team figure out what foods work best for THEM, how much they really need to eat to fuel your performance, and tips and tricks for fueling around dance.
We also work on increasing energy levels to support the strenuous demands of dance, ensuring we’re getting plenty nutrients from nourishing foods, and creating sustainable, healthy habits.
