MODULE 1: What The Heck Do I Eat?
With so many rules out there now, it feels like there is something “wrong” with literally every food, and all we have left is lettuce and ice cubes.
This module clears up that confusion, teaching you actual sports nutrition science (not fad diets) about the best foods athletes need to eat to fuel their bodies for peak performance.
You’ll come away understanding the different macronutrients and what foods contain them, as well as how to meet your micronutrient needs for optimal health. You’ll also learn the truth about proper hydration (spoiler: it is NOT drinking a gallon of water until your pee is clear).
MODULE 2: how much do i eat to lose weight?
The most confusing and stressful part 😵💫 But this module makes it simple!
You’ll walk through step by step how to calculate your calorie and macronutrient needs depending on your goals. You’ll learn your baseline calories for maintenance, then how to create a slight deficit to support easy, sustainable fat loss—without compromising energy and athletic performance.
Then, you’ll learn how to create a meal plan from your specific results that actually makes sense and is easy to follow, week after week. My unique method takes confusing numbers and turns them into easy to understand visuals and portion sizes, so you’re not tracking every single calorie or macro.

MODULE 3: eating for energy & performance
Learn how to structure meals and snacks to balance your blood sugar, curb cravings, and have high energy levels all day long (no more afternoon crash!)

This module is essential if you’re a dancer struggling with things like constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, stomach pains and cramping, acid reflux, and/or heartburn.
