l’m going to keep it real with you: most NFL cheer and NBA dance teams have pretty high standards when it comes to how their team members look. I don’t like it or agree with it, but we can’t pretend like physical appearance doesn’t matter.

And here’s the thing…I know that 99.9% of dancers preparing for auditions will be dieting and stressing about their weight, stomachs, how they look in their audition outfit, etc.

But what if it didn’t have to be so stressful? What if you could achieve your body goals in the healthiest way possible? Without dieting, feeling confused, defeated, and miserable?

This is exactly why I’ve created an 8 week group coaching program. I’m giving you all the tools, knowledge, and guidance needed to slay the nutrition and fitness aspect of your audition prep.

Because you deserve to walk into auditions feeling and looking like you could immediately be on the team, so all you have to worry about is your dancing!

Every Monday evening we will have a 1 hour group coaching call covering a variety of dance-specific nutrition topics, including: Nutrition Foundations; Eating for Energy & Performance; Digestion; Recovery & Burnout; Body Image & Confidence; and much more! (Detailed info below)

    • 2 part strength workout (upper & lower body)

    • Sprint workout to increase stamina

Weekly coaching curriculum:

WEEK 1: Kick-off Call

A chance for everyone to meet and connect, share goals, and set intentions for the program. I will explain how everything will work week to week and ensure you are set up for success, plus how to determine your food needs/meal plan.

WEEK 2: Dance Nutrition Foundations

Understanding the basics of nutrition from a science-based approach so that you can finally stop feeling so dang confused about food and restricting/obsessing over food. Learn how to confidently make the best choices for your unique body.

WEEK 3: Energy and Performance

How to eat for better energy and peak performance. Why healthy blood sugar regulation is the KEY to feeling and dancing your absolute best, and how to actually support stable blood sugar levels with food.

WEEK 4: Personal Branding

Non-nutrition BONUS call led by The Prep Talk to help you nail your look, resume, interview, and overall brand at auditions so that you can standout from the rest and show the judges exactly what you bring to the team.

WEEK 5: Digestion 101

Ever stress about looking or feeling bloated in your two piece audition outfit? Have trouble pooping, or get random weird stomach pains that are extra uncomfortable at dance? Learn how to have better digestion so your tummy is always happy.

WEEK 6: Recovery & Burnout

We’ll cover all the non-food things that are still ESSENTIAL to proper nutrition and dance performance. Improving sleep (even with wild, late-night dance schedules), stress management, injury prevention, nutrients that are extra important for recovery, and much more.

WEEK 7: Body Image & Confidence

How to stop comparing your body to others and criticizing yourself so much, and how to feel more confident in dance classes, at prep classes, and at auditions.

WEEK 8: Panel Discussion

Q&A session with current and former NFL cheerleaders and NBA dancers, this is your opportunity to get all your non-nutrition questions answered and find some audition inspiration and motivation from the pros!
