Hi, I’m Ally!
After dealing with body image issues, digestive problems, and disordered eating for years, I took a five-year break from dance. When I finally got back into it, I realized I couldn’t keep pushing myself the way I had before. Between chronic bloating, constipation, and all the pressure to look a certain way in the pro dance world, I knew I had to figure out a healthier way to do this.
So, I got certified in nutrition and wellness to help dancers like me who are struggling with the same things. Now, I help dancers focus on things like better digestion, fueling their bodies the right way, and creating habits that actually support long-term performance—without damaging their health or self-esteem.
My goal is to show dancers that you can reach your dreams without starving yourself or hurting your body.
